This page covers the Kanaha contemporary bedroom collection and its idea of a room designed as one whole, not a set of separate objects. The photographs below show Kanaha bedrooms such as Aris, Chloe, Ada, Alar, Bend, Claire and Clip, with the Archie chair and the Bend and Claire armchairs.
Kanaha as a complete interior
Kanaha treats the bedroom as a single interior project. The aim is a harmonious whole that reflects a personal way of living at home, rather than a collection of refined but unrelated objects. In practice, bed, seating and side tables are chosen together, as the paired bedrooms and armchairs in the photographs show.
A storage bed with swivel shelves
The Supernova Bed by Dall'Agnese, designed by Signorotto+Partners, can carry swivel shelves in metal covered in hard leather, on a rotating mechanism. Its frame can take a hard leather cover on top, and cylindrical metal feet, 25 mm across, keep the base light. A storage version adds a box beneath the mattress. It suits a luxury bedroom suite where the bedside area does double duty.
Leather chest and nabuk vanity table
The Valentino Chest of Drawers by Cantori is upholstered in saffiano leather, with a shaped top and a bronze base, and measures H 77 x W 145 x D 55 cm. The Ocean Vanity Table by Francesco Pasi answers it with a nabuk facade and gold or chrome leaf decoration. Both bring soft surfaces into storage.
